The staff was very helpfull.
The mattress were old and the floor looked old and dirty.
the bathroom. the shower sucked...... the room should of had the air on before we checked in....
The lobby was very inviting and clean and the pool was nice.
The rooms were dirty and had ants. The resturant was not open although advertised. The temperature was very warm throughout the hotel. Overall impression is that the hotel was very run down.
Most of the staff were great.
My room didnt get cleaned one day, but they took my tip I left.
No breakfast and what they have in the restaurant is not complete and hany discount is provided.
We had a horrible experience with uninvited guest knocking at our door. We told had wrong room-"stated open door anyway. I called front desk and requested to change floors and rooms. We were terrified the rest of night.
None, this is not a hotel for families, this is more like one night with a prostitute I sorry nothing good to say about it.
Nothing good about this hotel.
The room had blood splatters on the pillows and lamp shades. First appearance, hotel was very nice until going to room. Bathroom door looked kicked in, wouldn't shut all the way. No air in the halls, did not look clean. This was the worst hotel ever to stay at.
It was near the downtown.
The rooms are old not clean enough, bathroom was poor and dosen't has lock in it, and it's old. The elevator was moving with weird sound, There is a bad smell cames when you entering the hotel and a room.
Great location. We were there for Coldplay concert at American Airlines Center. It only took us 8 minutes to get there, and close to downtown also. The price was reasonable.
The cleanliness isn't that much. I had to put a t-shirt on my pillow to avoid the bad smell coming out from it.
Proximity to the Dallas Fort Worth Airport
A "tired" hotel, carpets dirty/stained in the bedroom, unfriendly staff on check-out in the morning.
Nothing. It was a dump.
The room was dirty. Equipment was old, elevator trashy.
Liked that my room was very clean and that they are under new management.
need to service people better had to get my own towels, they also need security to keep people in the hallways quiet. the rooms need to get updated more color.
No amenities such as breakfast availability. No free coffee in lobby. Overpriced starbucks counter in lobby (unattended when I came down). No fan in shower area. Check-in staff confused and slow. Two people came up to front desk to complain while I was trying to check in.
